1.Nature of Our Products
ViraFX Solutions sells exclusively digital software products, including Expert Advisors (EAs), license keys, activation credentials, and related software tools. These are intangible, digitally delivered products that are downloaded, activated, or delivered via email. They are not physical goods, do not have packaging, and cannot be physically shipped or returned.
Once a license key is generated, the software file is downloaded, or the activation credentials are delivered, the product is considered fully consumed and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.
2.No-Refund Policy
Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digitally delivered software, all sales are final. ViraFX enforces a strict No-Refund Policy for all Expert Advisor (EA) purchases, software license sales, and digital product transactions.
Once any of the following events occur, your order is considered complete and non-refundable:
A license key has been issued or generated
The software file, download link, or activation credentials have been delivered to you
The product has been downloaded, installed, or activated on your MetaTrader account
Customization or setup support has been initiated for your order
Please review all product descriptions, technical requirements, and licensing terms thoroughly before completing your purchase. If you are uncertain about compatibility, features, or suitability, contact us at support@virafx.xyz prior to placing your order.
Ensure your system meets all technical requirements (MetaTrader 4/5, Windows PC or VPS, minimum 4GB RAM, etc.) before purchase. ViraFX is not responsible for purchase decisions made without adequate due diligence.
3.Pre-Delivery Cancellation
In the rare event that you request a cancellation before the digital product has been delivered, the license key has been issued, or any customization work has begun, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a cancellation request submitted within 24 hours of payment.
Pre-delivery cancellation is not guaranteed and is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, any refund will be processed through the original payment method (Razorpay or PayPal) and may take 5–14 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Important
Pre-delivery cancellation requests must be sent by email to support@virafx.xyz with the subject line "Cancellation Request — [Order ID]" and must include your order number and payment reference. Verbal or chat requests alone are not sufficient.
4.Exceptions Under Mandatory Law
Our No-Refund Policy applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. However, if you are located in a jurisdiction where local consumer protection law grants you a statutory right to cancel or receive a refund for digital products — and that right cannot be contractually excluded — we will comply with the minimum requirements of that law.
To determine whether a mandatory exception applies, please contact us with your jurisdiction details and the specific legal basis for your claim. We will review each request in good faith and in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in this policy is intended to override any non-waivable consumer rights that may exist under the laws of the European Union, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, or other applicable jurisdictions.
5.No Physical Returns
Because our products are entirely digital, there are no physical items to return, no shipping labels to generate, and no warehouse to process returns. Please do not attempt to send physical mail or packages to our address for the purpose of returning a digital product. Such items will not be accepted and will not trigger a refund.
The address support@virafx.xyz is for email communication only. It is not a physical return address.
6.Dispute Resolution
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under mandatory law or due to a verifiable technical failure on our part (e.g., the product was never delivered despite confirmed payment), please contact us first. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
If you initiate a payment dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal without first contacting us and allowing a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter, we may suspend or revoke access to your license, software, and support services until the dispute is resolved. We reserve all rights to contest improper chargebacks and recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law.
