By using our Site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use ViraFX Solutions.

ViraFX Solutions Pvt Ltd is a software technology company specializing in the development of automated trading software, including Expert Advisors (EAs) for MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms. We are a software product and services company — not a broker, financial advisor, fund manager, or investment firm.

3.No Offer or Solicitation

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether the access, purchase, installation, and use of automated trading software is permitted in your jurisdiction before placing an order.

ViraFX makes no representations that its products are appropriate or lawful for use in all jurisdictions. We do not accept liability for misuse of our software in jurisdictions where such use may be restricted.

7.Payment Policy

ViraFX supports the following payment methods:

Razorpay — for domestic and select international transactions
PayPal — live and available for international payments worldwide

ViraFX is not directly liable for payment errors, failed transactions, or delays within Razorpay's or PayPal's systems. In the event of deductions or unprocessed payments, users should contact the respective payment provider's support directly using the provided transaction reference.

If the user does not receive a response or resolution from the payment provider, ViraFX may, at its sole discretion, assist in investigating and facilitating resolution or refunds where applicable.

All orders are confirmed only after verified payment completion. Currency conversion fees, international transaction charges, or platform-specific fees imposed by Razorpay or PayPal are solely the responsibility of the user.

8.Digital Delivery and Cancellation

All Expert Advisors, software tools, license keys, and related digital products are delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that activation, download, issuance of a license key, or delivery of the software may limit or extinguish cancellation or refund rights to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded under your local consumer protection law.

9.Refund Policy

Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digitally delivered software, ViraFX enforces a strict No Refund Policy for all Expert Advisor (EA) purchases. Our EAs are digitally delivered software products. Once a license key is issued, the product cannot be "returned."

Please review all product descriptions, technical requirements, and licensing terms thoroughly before purchasing. Contact us for clarification prior to making a payment. Ensure your system meets all technical requirements before purchase.

This policy applies except where a refund is required under mandatory applicable law.

10.Risk Disclosure

High Risk Warning

Trading currencies, gold, commodities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose entirely.

By using or purchasing any EA from ViraFX, you acknowledge that:

Currency and commodity markets are highly volatile and may not be suitable for all individuals
Past performance is not indicative of future results
You use any EA, indicator, or service entirely at your own discretion and risk
You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely
ViraFX bears no responsibility for trading losses incurred through the use of its software

ViraFX makes no guarantee that any Expert Advisor or service will generate profits. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Your responsibility:

Trade only with funds you can afford to lose
Test all EAs thoroughly on demo accounts before using real funds
Understand each trading strategy completely before live testing
Consult a qualified financial professional if necessary before starting live trading

Use of our software does not guarantee profits or protect against losses in financial markets. ViraFX does not operate as a broker, money manager, or signal provider.

11.Product License

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA exclusively on MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/5). Free customization is included to adapt the EA to your individual trading preferences (for a limited time; upon receiving the product, please review the product license document).

Licenses are issued per user and may not be shared, transferred, resold, or used on behalf of third parties. One license equals one MetaTrader account. For additional accounts, a separate license is required. Re-licensing for broker migration is available — contact support.

12.Software Requirements

All ViraFX EAs require MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/5). Recommended setup: a personal computer, laptop, or VPS with stable internet connectivity and at least 4GB RAM. Our software does not support mobile devices or tablets. ViraFX is not responsible for performance issues arising from incompatible hardware, unstable internet connections, or broker-side restrictions.

You acknowledge that digital products, once delivered, cannot be revoked for refund purposes.

13.Third-Party Services and Dependencies

Our software may rely on or interact with third-party platforms, servers, brokers, payment processors, VPS providers, hosting services, or internet infrastructure. We are not responsible for losses, delays, interruptions, execution issues, data inaccuracies, downtime, slippage, spread changes, disconnections, or other outcomes caused by third-party systems or conditions outside our control.

We do not collect or store sensitive financial data beyond what is necessary for order processing. Payment data is handled entirely by our third-party payment processors and is not stored on ViraFX servers.

14.Performance and Advertising Disclaimer

Any examples of performance, backtests, simulations, optimization results, screenshots, testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials are illustrative and hypothetical only. Such materials are limited by assumptions and do not guarantee future performance, profitability, or similar results. Actual outcomes may differ materially.

Results shown in product demos, backtests, or marketing materials do not represent real trading outcomes.

15.Taxes, Currency, and Local Charges

Prices displayed on the Site may exclude applicable taxes, duties, levies, bank charges, conversion fees, withholding amounts, or other local charges unless expressly stated otherwise. You are solely responsible for any such amounts arising in your jurisdiction or through your payment method.

16.Chargebacks and Payment Reversals

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, or reasonably suspected to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive, we may suspend or revoke access to the related software, license, support, updates, or services until the matter is resolved. We reserve all rights to contest improper chargebacks and recover unpaid amounts where permitted by law.

17.License Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate any license or access to our software if we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, shared or resold a license, used the software unlawfully, engaged in payment abuse, or misused support or customization services. Suspension or termination under this clause does not create any obligation to refund.

ViraFX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user found in violation of these Terms.

18.User Content and Comments

You may submit reviews or comments to ViraFX. By doing so, you agree that you possess all rights to the submitted content and that your comments do not violate privacy, intellectual property, or any applicable laws. ViraFX reserves the right to remove or moderate any comment found to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful. By submitting comments, you grant ViraFX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or reproduce them across its platforms.

You will not use ViraFX's software or services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity. You will not misrepresent your identity or affiliation when communicating with ViraFX.

19.Hyperlinking and Content Liability

Organizations that may link to our website without prior approval include government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and accredited business directories. Any link must not misrepresent ViraFX endorsement or association. Additional link requests by business entities may be considered upon written approval.

We are not responsible for content that appears on any third-party website linked to ours. You agree to indemnify and defend ViraFX against all claims arising out of such links or external content. No link should appear on a website containing unlawful, defamatory, or obscene material.

We may request the removal of links to our Site at any time. Upon notice, such links must be removed immediately. Continued linking signifies compliance with these Terms.

20.Website Liability

All information, services, and tools on this Site are provided "as is." While we strive to maintain accuracy, ViraFX makes no warranties regarding the completeness or availability of its content. Trading involves high risk, and ViraFX is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of its EAs, software, or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury, or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussions. If unresolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts at the place of our principal business operations, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

22.Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay, interruption, or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, cyber incidents, power failures, third-party platform failures, labor disruptions, natural events, governmental actions, or similar circumstances.

23.Language

If these Terms are translated into another language, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

24.Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any failure by us to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
