Payment Policy

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay, our third-party payment gateway.

• ViraFX is not directly liable for payment errors, failed transactions, or delays within Razorpay’s systems.

• In the event of deductions or unprocessed payments, users should contact Razorpay Support directly using the provided transaction reference.

• If the user does not receive a response or resolution from Razorpay, ViraFX may assist in investigating resolution or refunds.

• All orders are confirmed only after verified payment completion.

No Refund Policy

ViraFX enforces a strict No Refund Policy for all Expert Advisor (EA) purchases.

• Our EAs are digitally delivered software products. Once a license key is issued, the product cannot be “returned.”

• Please review all product descriptions thoroughly before purchasing.

• Contact us for clarification prior to making a payment.

• Ensure your system meets all requirements and that you fully understand the trading strategy before purchase.

Risk Acknowledgment

Trading currencies, gold, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. By using or purchasing any EA from ViraFX, you acknowledge that:

• Currency and commodity markets are highly volatile and may not be suitable for all investors.

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.

• You use any EA, indicator, or service entirely at your own discretion.

• You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.

Product License

• Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA exclusively on MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/5).

• Free customization is included to adapt the EA to your individual trading preferences ( For limited time, upon reviving the product please go through product license document ).

Software Requirements

• All ViraFX EAs require MetaTrader 4/5 (MT4/5).

• Recommended setup: A personal computer, laptop, or VPS with stable internet and at least 4GB RAM.

• Our software does not support mobile devices or tablets.

Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose.

No Guarantee of Profits
ViraFX makes no guarantee that any Expert Advisor or service will generate profits. Past performance does not indicate future results.

Your Responsibility

• Test all EAs thoroughly on demo accounts before using real funds.

• Understand each trading strategy completely before live testing.

• Consult a qualified financial advisor if necessary before starting live trading.

User Content and Comments

You may submit reviews or comments to ViraFX. By doing so, you agree that:

• You possess all rights to the submitted content.

• Your comments do not violate privacy, intellectual property, or any applicable laws.

• ViraFX reserves the right to remove or moderate any comment that is found to be inappropriate, misleading, or harmful. By submitting comments, you grant ViraFX a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or reproduce them across its platforms.
